Severe Endometriosis
Severe endometriosis most commonly involves the ovaries, fallopian tubes and the tissue lining your pelvis. It will typically occur in 4 stages, ranging from mild pain to sever. The stages are diagnosed based on the location, size and depth of the endometrial tissue. The specific criteria include the extent to which the tissue has spread, blockage of the fallopian tubes and pelvic adhesions.
For more mild pain, there are simple, at home management tips that help. Take warms baths and use a hot water bottle or heating pad on your abdomen for the pain. Also, try to keep to a consistent exercise routine.
